Delivery
Each Nacre & Atlas order is carefully prepared and packaged in England.
UK Delivery
Complimentary UK delivery on orders over £75.
Delivery charges and available services for orders under £75 will be shown at checkout.
International Delivery
We ship worldwide. International delivery costs and available services are calculated at checkout.
Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties, taxes or import charges upon arrival. These are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
Dispatch
We aim to prepare and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. As some Nacre & Atlas pieces are assembled in small quantities, processing times may occasionally vary.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with any available tracking information.
Returns
We hope you love your Nacre & Atlas pieces. If you change your mind, eligible items purchased online may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, provided you notify us within that period.
Items must be returned unworn, unused and in their original condition and packaging.
For hygiene reasons, earrings for pierced ears cannot be returned once their sealed packaging has been opened, except where an item is faulty or your statutory rights otherwise apply.
Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs where appropriate. We’ll be happy to help resolve the issue.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
