Nacre & Atlas is based in England. Our collections are designed, curated and assembled in England, inspired by coastlines everywhere.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver throughout the UK and internationally. Available delivery options and costs are shown at checkout.

Do you offer complimentary delivery?

Yes. We offer complimentary UK delivery on orders over £75.

How quickly will my order be dispatched?

We aim to prepare and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. As we work with a curated collection and assemble some pieces in small quantities, processing times may occasionally vary.

You’ll receive an email once your order has been dispatched.

Will I have to pay customs or import charges?

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees determined by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I return my order?

Eligible online purchases may be returned in accordance with our Returns policy. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to make a return.

For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned once their sealed packaging has been opened, except where faulty or where your statutory rights otherwise apply.

What materials do you use?

Materials vary between designs and are listed on each individual product page. Our collection includes fashion jewellery alongside selected pieces crafted with materials such as gold vermeil over .925 sterling silver.

We believe in describing our materials clearly so you know exactly what you are purchasing.

How should I look after my jewellery?

To keep your Nacre & Atlas jewellery looking its best, avoid prolonged contact with water, perfume, lotions and household products. Store pieces separately in a cool, dry place when they are not being worn.
